THE SEA CALLS MY NAME
the sea calls my name – a phase I feel we all, in someway or another can relate too.
this is a limited edition of 10 hand pressed watercolor / block print 11×14 matted in black, in a barn wood Frame.
Each print is unique and one of a kind with variations in the pressing and watercolor signed and numbered.
Each Frame also varies is grain, distressed features keeping the same style and structure.
THE JOURNAL PROJECT
This is a project I have been wanting to do for a while now. A channel where people can share their stories, adventures, and inspirations with the rest of world, like that of journal one keeps while traveling. My hopes is to send these collecting thousands of miles, and stories along the way. So a year ago, thanks to all you who voted, I was named the WINTER XGAMES MEDAL designer. What a crazy ass year its has been. And Ironically I am in the running to design a Burton Snowboard now. The contest guidelines were simple. Design 2 boards around the theme “speakeasy” and ‘Moonshine” So in my true style I created an scene, A crooked sheriff in a different town, sitting at an illegal speakeasy while drinking moonshine. The sheriff of the town is standing at the door to do the bust and kick some ass.
Thanks for all the continued support over the years, and thanks for viewing my site and (hopefully) voting for my design. It will help solidify me as a top 20 designer and then off the Burton shop for the next level of contest.

I have built my career as an artist in the surf industry, and give all the credit to being born and raised in the beaches of New Jersey. Being able to use my art to raise money to help make a difference in our communities is a true honor.

Governor Christie postponed Halloween in NJ until NOV. 5 2012. For as long as I have been alive I never remember this happening. I figured a doodle in my moleskin was warranted.
MURAL PAINTING & ROAD TRIP EDITS
I was recently commissioned by Grain Surfboards to paint a mural in their new flagship store in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. What an amazing experience getting to stay up in Maine throughout the week. This is an edit I put together showing the process. From start to finish it took me about 7 hours. enjoy.
